Digital Products
Since our products are primarily digital (e-books, templates, online courses, downloadable resources, etc.), refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

- If you have been charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a technical issue.
- If the product description significantly misrepresents what you received.
Refund Request Process:

- Our team will verify the claim and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Subscription Services
If you have subscribed to any of our premium services, subscriptions, or recurring digital content, you can request a cancellation at any time.
- Monthly Subscription: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the cycle.
- Annual Subscription: You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but you can still cancel to avoid future charges.
- Trial Period: If the subscription includes a free trial, you must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.
How to cancel:
- Visit the Account Settings section of our website.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation steps.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation process is complete.
Service-Based Transactions
For personalized services such as consulting, mentoring, or content creation, refund eligibility depends on the progress of the service provided.
- Before Service Start: Full refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start.
- After Service Start: Partial refunds may be considered if, in our assessment, the service is unsatisfactory.
- Completed Services: No refunds will be granted once the service has been fully delivered.
